InterEx Group is expanding! We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to run a full 360 sales desk within our contract division in London. This is your chance to work with some of the biggest tech brands globally while accelerating your career in a high-growth, multi-award-winning company.
Your Role:
- Build and expand your network of top-tier candidates & clients (ERP, Data, or CRM markets)
- Develop new business through high-volume outreach & cold calling
- Sign on new clients and build long-lasting relationships
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract placements
- Negotiate offers & close deals between candidates and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- 12+ months of 360 recruitment experience (Technology sector: Cloud, Data, SAP & CRM)
- Proven track record in Business Development & Account Management
- Experience in building and managing a Contract OR Perm book of business
- A highly driven and results-focused mindset
