Fully onsite, five days per week

InterEx Group is continuing its growth journey and we are looking to add driven Contract Recruitment Consultants to our high-performing team based in EC2M 2EF. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on training, a clearly defined career path, and an environment that rewards results while investing heavily in individual development.

As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business, managing key client relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across our specialist technology markets.
  • Proactively generating new business through outbound activity, networking, and market research.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring challenges and objectives.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and managing ongoing client partnerships.
  • Sourcing and engaging contract professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal systems.
  • Guiding candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, providing a professional and transparent experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system.
  • Staying informed on trends and developments within your chosen tech market, such as ERP, CRM, Data, or other specialist areas.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of recruitment experience preferred.
  • A track record of billing success and working to KPIs.
  • Interest in or exposure to technology recruitment is beneficial.
