We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Artificial Intelligence space to join a high-performing team focused on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and emerging intelligent systems talent.
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of a growing desk within the AI market, working with a mix of high-growth AI startups, research-led organisations, scale-ups, and global enterprises investing heavily in AI transformation. This is a 360 recruitment role covering the full lifecycle from business development through to placement delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients hiring across the AI ecosystem
- Develop new business opportunities across AI startups, product-led tech firms, consultancies, and enterprise innovation teams
- Source, engage, and place high-quality AI professionals across technical, research, and leadership roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles
- Stay ahead of developments in AI, including LLMs, generative AI, model deployment, and AI infrastructure trends
- Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or advanced technology markets)
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, tooling, and engineering environments
- Commercially driven with a proven track record of billing success
- Confident in business development and building long-term client relationships
- Motivated by autonomy, ownership, and scaling a high-value desk
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
