You’ll play a key part in scaling the business by building strong client partnerships and delivering top-tier contract recruitment solutions across niche tech markets.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Business Development
    • Get out there and win new business through proactive outreach, networking, and smart market mapping
    • Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted partner
    • Negotiate fees with confidence and manage your own client portfolio
  • Candidate Management
    • Source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
    • Run sharp, effective screening calls and interviews
    • Guide candidates through the full recruitment journey, from first contact to placement
  • Delivery & Performance
    • Smash individual and team targets
    • Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date
    • Stay ahead of trends across ERP, CRM, Data, and wider tech markets
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 3-5 years of recruitment experience (within tech)
  • A proven biller who’s comfortable working to KPIs
  • Strong sales instinct with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Driven, resilient, and hungry to succeed
