The Opportunity

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role where you'll learn how to develop new business, identify top talent, negotiate offers, and become a trusted advisor within your specialist market. With structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a clearly defined career path, you'll have the opportunity to progress quickly into a high-performing consultant and future leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identify and engage top talent through networking, headhunting, referrals, and online platforms
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
  • Generate new business opportunities and build your own client portfolio
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close deals
  • Develop market expertise within your specialist technology sector
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate (all degree disciplines considered)
  • Ability to work on-site in our London office five days per week
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, hospitality, customer service, sport, or another target-driven environment is advantageous
