We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join our team to help us attract and hire high-performing recruiters to support our expanding client needs for all 3 of our locations: London, Miami and NYC!
Job Description: As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business by identifying, sourcing, and hiring talented recruiters who will contribute to the continued success of our business. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the unique requirements of each role and drive the full recruitment cycle. Your ability to attract top-tier recruitment professionals will directly impact the performance and expansion of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract high-quality recruiters using a variety of channels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for recruiter roles, including writing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future recruiter openings.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal recruitment strategies.
- Promote the company’s culture and values to potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting, within a staffing agency or sales environment (for our trainee hiring).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms used to find recruitment talent.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for a variety of recruitment roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
