About the Role
InterEx Group is looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our internal Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition within a fast-growing, international recruitment business. Working closely with leadership and hiring managers, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top recruitment talent to support our continued growth across multiple markets. You'll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while developing valuable sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-quality recruitment professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers.
- Support recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and talent attraction strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and CRM systems.
