Business Development Consultant - C-suite
Location: City of London, Moorgate
Office-based: Monday to Friday
At InterEx Group, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our C-Suite Technology team in London, with a strong focus on business development and account growth.
You'll be joining an ambitious, high-performing team building relationships with senior technology leaders across our 800+ direct clients.
This is an opportunity to win new business, develop strategic client partnerships and grow your own desk within a commercially driven environment.
The Role
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking and referrals.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs and other senior technology leaders.
- Identify new opportunities across our 800+ direct client base.
- Develop existing accounts into long-term commercial partnerships.
- Build your own network and reputation within the C-Suite Technology market.
- Work closely with experienced leaders to strengthen your BD strategy and maximise revenue.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial client engagement through to placement.
- Collaborate with our London and Miami teams to expand client relationships across both markets.
