As InterEx Group continues to expand, we are looking to hire motivated Senior Recruitment Consultants, working in the SAP market, to join our high-performing team based in EC2M 2EF. This position offers structured training, clearly defined career progression, and a supportive, performance-focused culture where hard work is recognised and rewarded.
The role
- Support the growth of the business by building strong client relationships and delivering contract recruitment solutions across specialist technology markets.
- Develop new client opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Negotiate fees and manage ongoing client accounts.
Candidate management
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools.
- Conduct interviews and qualification calls to ensure strong candidate-role alignment.
- Support candidates throughout the full recruitment journey, from initial contact to placement.
Delivery and performance
- Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
- Maintain awareness of market trends across ERP, CRM, Data, and related technology sectors.
What we’re looking for
- At least one year of recruitment experience preferred.
- Evidence of billing success and confidence working to KPIs.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A driven, resilient, and ambitious mindset.
- Interest in the technology recruitment market is beneficial.
