What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full 360° recruitment process, including:

• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients




• Identifying and engaging top talent across specialist technology markets




• Developing new business and building client partnerships




• Managing the interview and offer process




• Negotiating contracts and placements




• Developing your own specialist market and personal brand




• Working towards clear performance, financial, and career progression goals
