The Opportunity: As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building and developing relationships with both clients and candidates while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role where you'll continue developing your skills in business development, candidate sourcing, relationship management, negotiation, and closing. You'll have the opportunity to establish yourself within a specialist technology market and become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. With structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a clearly defined career path, you'll have the opportunity to progress quickly into a high-performing Consultant and future leadership role.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identify and engage top talent through networking, headhunting, referrals, and online platforms
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
  • Generate new business opportunities and develop your own client portfolio
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate network within your specialist market
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close deals
  • Develop market expertise within your specialist technology sector
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets
  • Continue developing your recruitment, sales, and business development skills
