The Opportunity: As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll build relationships with clients and candidates while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role where you'll learn how to develop new business, identify top talent, negotiate offers, and become a trusted advisor within your specialist market. With structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear career path, you'll have the opportunity to progress quickly into a high-performing consultant role and into future leadership.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and engage top talent through networking, headhunting, referrals, and online platforms
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Generate new business opportunities and build your own client portfolio
- Negotiate offers and successfully close deals
- Develop market expertise within your specialist technology sector
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
What We're Looking For:
- Recent graduate (all degree disciplines considered)
- Ability to work on-site in our London office five days per week
- Previous experience in sales, business development, hospitality, customer service, sport, or another target-driven environment is advantageous
