Have you built up to 4 years of sales experience and are looking for a career with greater earning potential, progression and ownership?

You don’t need recruitment or technology experience. What matters is that you know how to sell, build relationships, work towards targets and deliver results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment at InterEx is a highly commercial, 360° role where you’ll have the opportunity to build your own business.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing new business and winning clients
• Building long-term client and candidate relationships
• Prospecting and generating new opportunities
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality talent
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiating and closing placements
• Building your own specialist market
• Growing your personal network and client base
• Working towards clear revenue and performance targets

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in high-performing salespeople who are ready for their next challenge.

You could be a strong fit if you have experience in:

• B2B or B2C sales
• Account management
• Field sales
• Hospitality or other target-driven environments

• Confident handling objections and closing deals
• Resilient and comfortable with rejection
