As an Associate Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will win new business, build strong client relationships, and manage candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Identify and win new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research
    • Build long-term partnerships with clients and understand their hiring needs
    • Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts
  • Candidate Management
    • Source and attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and CRM
    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ suitability for roles
    • Manage candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process
    • Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to placement
  • Full 360 Management
    • Meet and exceed KPIs and billing targets
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends in your niche (Cloud, Cyber, Data, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 1+ year in a recruitment consultant 360 role is preferred, 180 considered also
  • Proven track record of billing and meeting KPIs
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Knowledge of the tech recruitment space is advantageous
