Antal are working exclusively with a leading Social and Healthcare provider to recruit a Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about designing modern data architecture that delivers real outcomes, improves access to data, and enables data-informed decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Data Analyst with Architecture ownership who wants to use their expertise to make a genuine difference to the lives of vulnerable people in the community.
Hybrid role with meetings held on a quarterly basis in London or Manchester.
Salary: £58,000 - £63,000
Reporting directly to the Head of Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping how the organisation accesses, manages, and uses data. You will also contribute significantly to the mid- and long-term Data Strategy, helping to build a trusted and scalable data foundation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop modern, scalable data architecture
- Create strong data models across analytical, semantic, and reporting layers
- Implement solid data management and governance practices
- Support integration of internal and external data sources
- Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and technical partners to deliver data solutions
- Proven experience designing effective modern data architecture
- Strong experience with Microsoft cloud data services including Microsoft Fabric
- Hands-on expertise in SQL Server, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau
- Strong data modelling skills and experience working with large datasets
- Confident managing complex stakeholder relationships
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience working with sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical data
- Involvement in large-scale data transformation programmes
- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies
