At the AIG Group, we are a market leading group of independent estate agencies, and we are looking for a Care and Maintenance Manager to join our Lettings Client Services team, based in Bishop's Stortford.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to all of our customers, along with creating a positive, supportive, and pro‑active working environment for all of our team members.

We’re looking to provide a first‑class professional lettings client service to landlords and tenants.

Experience working in a busy office environment, providing exceptional customer care and/or account management, would be an advantage. Knowledge of residential lettings and property management would also be an advantage but not essential.

Duties

  • Monitoring & actioning any maintenance issues with lettings properties.
  • Obtaining quotes where required.
  • Progressing maintenance works to completion and processing contractor invoices.
  • Managing refurbishment projects and/or insurance claims following an incident.
  • Keeping the system up to date with progress notes.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday 9am – 5:30pm

Friday 9am – 5pm

1 in 5 Saturdays 9am – 1pm with time off in lieu the following week.

Compensation

Salary from £27,000 per annum + quarterly performance based bonuses.
