La persona sarà responsabile delle attività di pianificazione e schedulazione della produzione per l’area di competenza, garantendo l’allineamento tra domanda commerciale, capacità produttiva e disponibilità dei materiali.
ATTIVITÀ
- Definire e gestire le attività di pianificazione e schedulazione della produzione, garantendo la realizzazione del piano produttivo in coerenza con la domanda commerciale e con i piani di consegna concordati con i clienti.
- Garantire la fattibilità dei piani condivisi con la produzione nel breve periodo e monitorare la gestione dei piani produttivi nel medio periodo.
- Coordinare e supervisionare le attività di pianificazione per assicurare un’esecuzione efficiente della produzione nel rispetto dei tempi di consegna, delle quantità richieste e degli obiettivi di costo.
- Monitorare costantemente l’avanzamento dei piani produttivi e l’esecuzione degli ordini di produzione, segnalando tempestivamente eventuali criticità che possano compromettere il rispetto delle date di consegna concordate.
- Sviluppare piani di produzione relativi a nuovi progetti e condividere le priorità con il team di scheduling, selezionando settimanalmente gli ordini pianificati da rilasciare per l’avvio operativo.
- Gestire e monitorare il processo di pianificazione tramite sistema MRP, impostandone le logiche, controllando l’esecuzione dei job notturni e analizzando gli allarmi di pianificazione di medio-lungo termine.
- Effettuare simulazioni di scenario per valutare l’impatto di eventuali azioni correttive sulla pianificazione e aggiornare a sistema eventuali variazioni di date o parametri derivanti dalla gestione delle criticità.
- Analizzare le nuove righe di ordine cliente verificando la coerenza tra data richiesta e data pianificata, collaborando con la funzione commerciale nella conferma delle date di consegna.
- Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di OTIF (On Time In Full) e all’accuratezza delle date di spedizione confermate.
- Monitorare lo stato degli ordini cliente e l’avanzamento degli ordini di produzione correlati, valutando la fattibilità di eventuali modifiche richieste dal cliente (gestione varianti).
- Analizzare le cause di eventuali ritardi e supportare la funzione commerciale nella definizione di piani di azione in presenza di situazioni di allarme.
- Gestire le richieste di reintegro e monitorare i livelli di giacenza per clienti con gestione forecast.
- Coordinare il team di pianificazione, garantendo l’efficace esecuzione delle attività operative e favorendo il flusso di comunicazione tra pianificazione, produzione e area commerciale.
- Rappresentare un punto di riferimento per i responsabili di stabilimento e per le funzioni commerciali, contribuendo all’evoluzione del processo di pianificazione verso una visione sempre più integrata e orientata al medio-lungo periodo.
REQUISITI
- Esperienza consolidata nella pianificazione e schedulazione della produzione.
- Forte capacità analitica unita a competenze di leadership e coordinamento del team.
- Esperienza nella gestione dei processi MRP.
- Ottima padronanza di Excel.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Conoscenza di SAP (preferibile).
- Approccio pragmatico con capacità di coniugare visione strategica e presidio operativo.
