This role offers the flexibility of being based in our London office or working fully remotely.The primary goal of this role is to contribute to our development team by creating innovative programs for our various brands. If you\’re a .Net enthusiast who\’s keen to make a significant impact, we\’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities Developing designs following best industry practices and coding standards; providing support and maintenance to critical applications as neededEffectively modelling customer requirements; creating design models from these requirements using best practicesCollaborating closely with other teams (e.g., QA, DevOps, end-users) to deliver high-quality software: creating test requirements and ensuring sufficient unit test coverageContributing to all phases of the development lifecycle; writing well-designed, testable, and efficient codeParticipating in team improvement activities and initiatives to enhance process and product qualityCompleting necessary project documentation (status, risks, progress, effort)Proactively integrating with our team, maintaining good communication and relationships with other teamsMentoring and assisting in the training of new team membersDesired Skills & Experience University Degree in Computer Science or equivalentProven ability to produce high-quality, maintainable codeStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage legacy codeExcellent understanding of OOP principles and design patterns of software developmentMinimum 5 years of experience in building commercial .NET Framework or .NET Core applications with C#Minimum 3 years of experience in Web application developmentIn-depth knowledge of ASP.NET MVC (versions 4 and 5) and EF 6Proficient in MS SQL development and relational databasesGood understanding of HTTP protocol and MS IISFluent English communication skills – minimum B1 levelFamiliarity with SQL Databases, .Net Core, Dependency injection, xUnit, Moq, DDD & TDDExperience with Azure (preferable)Experience working in an agile development environmentOur Offer Competitive salary commensurate with skills and experiencePerformance and bonus structure dependent on meeting set targets and personal performanceDiscount with a local health care institutionThe chance to make a significant impact during a period of rapid growthApplications should be submitted in English.
