Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise Event Waiters, providing support and assistance when necessary.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Deal with last‑minute requests efficiently.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Ensure function rooms are set up and well equipped to make both private and corporate events a resounding success.
  • Complete timesheets, ensuring they are signed and correctly recorded.
