Our Team Leader will provide direction, instructions and guidance to the Meeting & Events Team whilst ensuring they maintain a high standard of discipline, staff morale and report any grievances or complaints to the M&E Services Manager and in their absence the Assistant M&E Operations Manager.
- Supports the team and manager on duty
- To anticipate guest dissatisfaction and take appropriate action to avoid guest complaints.
- Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
- Provides encouragement to team members
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Communicates deadlines to team members
- Generates and shares team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
- Providing high quality service and attention to detail come naturally to you.
