The Guest Relations Ambassador reports directly to the Guest Relations Manager and is responsible for ensuring guests are completely satisfied with their stay and that the service they receive meets or exceeds expectations. The role is based at the Intercontinental London O2, a five‑star hotel on Greenwich Peninsula adjacent to the O2 arena.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and maintain excellent relationships with guests, clients, and colleagues.
- Attend to any guest comments or queries and resolve them efficiently and courteously.
- Co‑operate with the Head Porter to manage guest luggage, ensuring proper recording and labeling of arrival, departure, and storage.
- Demonstrate a high level of local knowledge regarding nearby streets, attractions, shops, and events.
- Complete daily operation checklists and assist the Guest Relations team as required.
