Responsibilities: Demi‑Chef de Parties in our team help create a culinary experience for guests with an eye for detail and passion for flavours. Assist with planning, ordering, preparing and creating delicious dishes. Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained. Supervise, lead and train a team of commis chefs. Ensure all health and safety practices are continually maintained and reported.

Qualifications: Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally. Excellent communication skills. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. Strong teamwork and support for colleagues. Approachability, positivity and proactivity. A 5‑star hotel experience in a similar role would be a real advantage. Degree or certificate in culinary arts a plus.
