A bit about what you will do

M&E Supervisors lead by example and promote teamwork and quality service through excellent daily communication.

They play a key role in providing the finest personalised service for our guests and creating memorable experiences.

  • Coordinate and supervise Event Waiters, providing support and assistance when necessary.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Deal with last minute requests efficiently.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Ensure function rooms are set up and well equipped to make both private and corporate event a resounding success.
  • Complete time sheets make sure they are signed and correctly recorded.
