A bit about what you will do:
- Finance Assistants in our team play a crucial role in ensuring we process financial transactions accurately and timely, helping the hotel achieve optimum performance and meet credit targets.
- Support Finance Supervisor with daily tasks including accounts payable and receivable, and expense management.
- Conduct daily payment reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure invoices are correct and sent out promptly.
- For all in-house accounts with direct billing terms, ensure that the direct billing details are properly set up and approved.
- Monitor credit limits for all outstanding accounts.
- Ensure timely collections of outstanding payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Maintain accuracy and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
