We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Campaign Marketing, to lead IHG Europe Portfolio & B2B commercial marketing campaigns, based within our Marketing Shared Services team in our Windsor HQ. Marketing campaigns at IHG don’t sit still. From Summer getaways to Cyber offers, our activity turns brand love into bookings across our portfolio. This is a senior role in our Campaign Marketing team supporting the development of a small team, reporting to our Director, Campaign Marketing.

You’ll own commercial campaign activity from end to end, across both B2C portfolio campaigns and B2B marketing, in partnership with the Commercial team. It’s a role for someone who has already led a small team, enjoys a full brief, and knows how to keep a lot of moving parts on track.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll shape and deliver our seasonal tactical campaign calendar, from Spring and Summer through to Autumn, Cyber and Winter.
  • Working closely with the Commercial team, you’ll translate what the business needs into clear campaign strategy, write the briefs, and set the direction.
  • From there, you’ll bring it to life through our in-house delivery teams across Paid Media, Owned Media and Creative Services, with some support from external partners.
  • You’ll manage timelines that often move, negotiate competing priorities, and keep stakeholders aligned, including the moments that call for a bit of challenge and holding your ground.
  • As the point of contact for commercial campaign requests coming into the team, you’ll be the person who decides what comes in and how it gets delivered.
  • You’ll also lead and support a small team, helping them do their best work while you keep an eye on the wider picture.

What you’ll bring:

  • You’ll bring significant marketing experience, ideally including leading campaigns in a complex organisation where you’ve had to balance many stakeholders and priorities at once.
  • Travel or hospitality is a bonus, but we’re just as interested in strong transferable experience from agency, retail or elsewhere.
  • We’re looking for someone confident working independently, with real ownership of their area and the judgement to lead without close direction.
  • You’ll be a natural communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable working to process, and energised rather than overwhelmed by a high volume of work and shifting timelines.

If you’re ready to put your stamp on campaigns that reach audiences around the world, we’d love to hear from you.

Closing date for applications 1st July 2026.

Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job? We'll never know unless you hit the 'Apply' button. Start your journey with us today.
