We're looking for a marketer who loves bringing campaigns to life, working across teams, and turning plans into results.
From global brands entering new destinations to flagship openings in key markets, every launch is a chance to build excitement, drive demand and set a hotel up for long-term success.
This role is a 16-month fixed-term contract until 31 December 2027 based in our global HQ in Windsor, UK.
- Lead marketing campaigns that support new hotel openings across Europe.
- Own the launch marketing plan from briefing through to delivery.
- Partner with commercial, brand and regional teams to align priorities and maximise results.
- Work with agency partners and suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
- Track performance, identify opportunities and use insight to improve future campaigns.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and spend across multiple projects.
- Build strong relationships and keep stakeholders engaged throughout the launch journey.
- Experience of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- An ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Confidence in building relationships, influencing decisions and working effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing several priorities at once, working with different teams and keeping things moving without losing sight of the detail.
- A data-driven approach, using reporting and insights to identify opportunities and drive action.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Technical skills & knowledge
- Understanding paid, owned and earned marketing channels, including paid search, social media, web, email, PR and OTA activity.
- Experience using campaign reporting and marketing analytics to measure success.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and security.
