We’re seeking a Brand Executive, Mainstream Brands to join our team in Windsor, UK. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in the Windsor office 3 days per week. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
We have an exciting opportunity within the Essentials & Suites Brands Europe team, which manages brands including Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Garner, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites. Reporting to the Manager Essentials & Suites Europe, the role supports the execution of global, regional, and local initiatives aimed at enhancing brand reputation and performance. While the primary focus is on Europe, the role will also contribute to initiatives across the broader EMEAA region as required.
What you’ll do:
- Brand Management
- Act as the go-to brand champion in Europe to support new and existing hotels and other key functions like Hotel Lifecycle, Development, Operations, Marketing Shared Services, Commercial, Procurement and Guest Experience Shared Services.
- Provide local insights to wider Essentials & Suites Brands team and raise market needs to direct manager.
- Support budget management and payment processes.
- Act as a brand guardian and key point of contact for hotel colleagues and cross functional stakeholders.
- Brand Performance
- Support planning and development of initiatives that drive brand reputation and performance.
- Brand standards management, including waivers/alternative arrangements.
- Guest Experience
- Support development of guest experience initiatives, predominantly in Europe but also across EMEAA if required.
- Responsible for development of toolkits, hotel communications and engagement activities.
- Growth & Quality
- Support development pitches with content curation, PIPs and opening of new hotels.
What we need from you:
- Experience in marketing, strategy or operations, ideally within the travel & hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in a multi-national environment is desired.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent organisational and budget management skills.
- Strong project management abilities, ensuring efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
- Experience working with agencies or external suppliers is desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding and application of AI tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Collaborative, with a strong team-focused approach.
