What you’ll be doing:

As a key member of our service team, you\’ll play a vital role in delivering a memorable experience for every guest by providing outstanding service, delicious food, and perfectly crafted drinks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests and taking food and drink orders
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar teams
• Delivering meals and beverages promptly and accurately
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the terrace area before and after service
• Handling guest queries and concerns with professionalism and care

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, bartender, or barista is preferred
• Must be able to commit to 30 or 40 hours per week.
• Proven ability to handle guest interactions and resolve issues calmly and confidently
• A positive attitude and a strong team spirit
• Willingness to learn new skills and support colleagues across the wider hotel team
