In this dynamic role as a Transactions & Asset Management Analyst, you’ll support our Director of Transactions & Asset Management to safeguard IHG’s system size and brand presence across the region. You’ll work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, contribute to high-impact deals, and help protect the long-term value of our portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the renewals and retention tracker, preparing reporting and insights for senior stakeholders and weekly reviews. Support on single asset and portfolio deal assessments by conducting research, coordinating cross-functional input, and preparing internal committee approvals. Work closely with internal teams (Brand, Legal, Ops, Investment Analysis) to shape retention strategies and ensure financial and operational feasibility. Collaborate on strategic projects across Development, offering data-driven insight and analysis to support informed decision-making. Build your industry network with key stakeholders including investors, asset managers, developers and third-party operators. What We’re Looking For: A strong understanding of real estate finance, development, and hotel contract models (FLA, HMA, Lease). Experience in consultancy or a strategy/feasibility role in hospitality or real estate. Excellent project management and coordination skills across multifunctional teams. A proactive, result-driven mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
