Due to an internal promotion, we have a new position available for a Senior Manager to join our Global Co-Brand Credit Card team based in our global HQ in Windsor, UK.

This is an opportunity to play a central role in the future of co-brand partnerships across multiple markets across EMEAA.

You will build on the success of a newly launched UK programme while helping shape opportunities that could extend into new regions.

The role brings together partnerships, marketing, commercial thinking and project leadership.

It offers the chance to influence programmes that are already growing while helping define what comes next.

We're looking for an experienced relationship and partnership professional with a track record of building trusted stakeholder relationships and leading complex projects from concept through to delivery.

Success in the role will come from the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate activity across diverse stakeholder groups and bring people together around shared objectives.

What you'll do

  • Lead the ongoing development of the UK co-brand programme and help it continue to grow and perform.
  • Build strong relationships with banking, network and commercial partners while supporting conversations with prospective partners.
  • Shape opportunities to expand co-brand activity into additional markets as new programmes are explored.
  • Own projects from planning through to delivery, bringing together colleagues and partners across multiple regions.
  • Guide marketing activity by turning data, insight and commercial understanding into clear marketing briefs and recommendations.
  • Support programmes across multiple international markets and build effective working relationships across different cultures and ways of working.
  • Manage programme performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and overall results.
  • Work closely with marketing, loyalty, partnerships and specialist teams to keep programmes moving forward and deliver shared objectives.
  • What you'll bring

Strong project management skills, alongside the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and turn insight into practical actions that support business and marketing goals.

  • A thoughtful, organised approach and sound commercial judgement will be important, as will the ability to operate confidently at senior manager level.
  • Experience in partnership, commercial or relationship-led environments will provide a strong foundation for success.
  • Exposure to financial partnerships, banking, payment networks or co-brand programmes would be particularly valuable.

Knowledge of commercial or financial modelling, along with experience developing marketing briefs and supporting data-led marketing activity, would be an advantage.
