Responsibilities

  • Introduce prospective clients to the hotel and conduct property show rounds.
  • Promote and sell all hotel facilities and services, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Manage proactive sales activity to generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ensure RFP submissions and deadlines are completed accurately and on time.
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, client meetings and virtual appointments.
  • Support the delivery of new direct business in line with the hotel's commercial objectives and sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development or hospitality sales role.
  • Strong relationship‑building and networking skills with the ability to convert enquiries into business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Commercially focused with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
