About the Role
We’re looking for a Revenue Performance Manager to join our UK&I Revenue Management team.
This is a highly visible role supporting revenue performance across a broad estate of franchised, leased and managed hotels, helping hotel teams and partners make the most of IHG’s tools, systems and commercial insight.
You’ll work closely with owners, management companies, General Managers, Heads of Revenue and internal Commercial teams to identify opportunities, improve market share and support practical, data‑led actions that help hotels perform at their best.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, interpreting performance data and influencing positive change across a varied hotel portfolio.
- Your Day-to-Day
- Support revenue performance across the UK&I hotel estate.
- Use performance data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas.
- Prepare insight and recommendations for reviews, visits and stakeholder meetings.
- Partner with owners, management companies, GMs and revenue leaders.
- Help hotels make best use of IHG tools, systems and commercial support.
- Work with Commercial teams across revenue, sales, marketing and digital.
- Travel regularly across the UK to meet hotel teams and partners.
- What We’re looking for in you
- Proven experience within the IHG ecosystem, either directly or through an IHG‑franchised hotel, management company, or ownership environment.
- Strong knowledge of IHG revenue management systems, tools, and processes.
- Experience supporting multi‑property hotel portfolios, with a strong understanding of the UK & Ireland market.
- Ability to build and maintain owner relationships, influencing stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes.
- Broad commercial awareness across revenue management, sales, marketing, digital channels, loyalty, and enterprise contribution.
