Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Place Director to develop a pre-opening strategy, activating early community-building initiatives.
- Design and deliver a holistic, purpose-driven programming journey, ensuring that every activation fosters deep engagement and a sense of belonging.
- Curate both in-person and hybrid experiences, including live-streamed wellness sessions, exclusive digital content, and intimate in-club gatherings.
- Implement insight-driven evaluation tools to refine and enhance experiences based on member and guest feedback and engagement patterns.
- Oversee the management and execution of events, including content creation, organization, and administration through our CRM system.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to source world-class talent, including wellness pioneers, artisans, chefs, musicians, and cultural innovators.
- Collaborate with local artisans, sustainability advocates, and mindful living experts to reinforce community-driven, eco-conscious experiences.
- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
- Embody the Six Senses ethos of mindful living, personal well-being, and conscious leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role and proven references. A diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in working within luxury hospitality or similar high-end service environments to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are preferred.
- All candidates must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available for this role.
