That’s why we’re looking for a Regional Programme Manager -Corporate Travel Strategy (Transient Sales) - to help us unlock even more value for our hotel partners and B2B customers across the EMEAA region.

As a key member of our Global Sales Strategy team, you’ll drive the design and delivery of revenue-generating strategies and initiatives for our transient sales segments—including corporate travel, government, airline, intermediary, sports & entertainment, and luxury & leisure.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, stakeholder engagement and performance delivery. You’ll use data to inform smart decisions, bring teams together to drive impact, and make sure that every initiative is grounded in clear, actionable insight.

  • Champion the execution of IHG’s transient sales strategy across regional and sub-regional teams
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships that connect global and regional priorities
  • Use data and qualitative insight to influence strategic decisions and identify opportunities
  • Lead key initiatives from discovery through to delivery and ongoing performance monitoring
  • Drive engagement through effective communication, coaching, and collaboration
  • Own and optimise processes, tools, programs, and promotions with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Monitor performance, measure impact, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure commercial success

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Sales, Strategy, or Program Management, ideally within a global organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence, align and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and building effective governance, SOPs and SLAs
  • Working knowledge of hotel operations and sales processes preferred
