Your Day-to-Day
- Lead revenue strategy for a portfolio of IHG hotels, running regular revenue generation calls with hotel teams.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to shape revenue and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with IHG Revenue Services Team and wider Revenue Management Community, to share best practices and drive performance improvements.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, using insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Role model IHG’s core behaviours: Move Fast, Think Return, Talk Straight, Build One Team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in revenue management with expertise across multiple disciplines, systems, and processes – ideally within the hotel industry or a similar commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, including pricing strategy, yield optimization, and selling techniques.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making skills, with the ability to align strategies to IHG’s broader goals.
- A proactive, driven, and accountable approach, taking ownership to deliver results with confidence.
