This is a 12m FTC position and can be based in a remote location in the UK or you have the option to work hybrid from our Windsor office.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive long-term revenue growth strategies, ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives.
- Stakeholder Influence: Partner with General Managers, Commercial Leaders, and Owners to shape revenue and pricing strategies.
- Advanced Analytics & Forecasting: Provide in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform commercial decision-making.
- Multi-Property Oversight: Manage a complex portfolio, balancing individual hotel needs with regional performance goals.
- Commercial Process Optimisation: Lead budget planning, financial reviews, and system performance enhancements.
- Coaching & Development: Mentor and guide Portfolio Revenue Managers, elevating revenue management expertise across the team.
What we need from you:
- Fluent in English language. Other European languages are highly advantageous.
- 3+ years’ experience in Revenue Management, including leadership within multi-property environments.
- Experience in revenue management systems (CONCERTO, RMS, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and owners.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic revenue initiatives.
