At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are looking for a Part Time Waiter/Waitress to join us in Fitz’s Parlour Russell Square with an immediate start. Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitz’s Russell Sq. features three opulent spaces with unique personalities. Fitz’s Brasserie offers a sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes elevated with modern palates. Fitz’s Bar & Parlour provides a glamorous setting for cocktails and after‑dinner drinks, welcoming guests who appreciate memorable culinary experiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve guests food and beverages with a positive attitude.
- Handle customer queries or concerns.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain high service standards and elevate every interaction.
- Be people focused, motivating and engaged, always willing to learn new skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working within a restaurant, bar or hotel as a server, waiter/waitress, barista, bartender or host.
- Passion for providing positive guest experiences and love of interacting with guests.

- Confidence in delivering great service with a can‑do attitude and readiness to help out where needed.
- Availability to work 24 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
