At InterContinental London Park Lane, we have a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Night Concierge on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Role Overview
Being one of the first points of contact with our guests, the Concierge team welcomes guests in a professional yet friendly manner, providing a warm and genuine experience for the guest’s arrival and departure.
Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury, Forbes 5‑Star Hotel.
- Dependable, adaptable with excellent written and oral fluency in English.
- Immaculate professional appearance.
- Full UK driving licence and the ability to drive.
Compensation & Benefits
- £15.55 per hour (£32,344.00 per annum) paid overtime and great IHG perks.
- 28 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, increasing up to a maximum of 33 days (Pro Rated).
