We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and charismatic Mixologist to join our luxury Food & Beverage team and create exceptional experiences for our guests.
As a Mixologist, you'll combine creativity with precision, crafting beautifully balanced cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients while delivering intuitive, personalised service.
You'll be a true ambassador for our bars, building genuine connections with guests and creating memorable moments that keep them coming back.

- What you'll be doing
- Create exceptional classic and contemporary cocktails to the highest luxury standards.
- Deliver warm, personalised service, engaging with guests to understand their tastes and recommend the perfect drink.
- Share your knowledge of cocktails, premium spirits, wines and beverages with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Take ownership of the cocktail offering, with the opportunity to develop, evolve and curate the bar’s cocktail list in line with our luxury positioning, guest expectations and the latest industry trends.
- Prepare fresh ingredients, syrups, infusions and garnishes with exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation behind the bar.
- Manage stock levels, reducing waste and supporting regular inventory counts.
- Ensure full compliance with licensing legislation, food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience.
- What we’re looking for
- You have previous experience as a Mixologist or Cocktail Bartender within a luxury hotel, premium cocktail bar or high-end hospitality venue.
- You live and breathe beverage and have your finger firmly on the pulse of the industry.
You’re passionate about the latest trends, techniques, equipment, ingredients and innovations, always curious about what’s next and keen to bring that knowledge and creativity to every drink you create.
- You have excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology techniques, premium spirits and flavour profiles.
- You have a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional hospitality.
- You have outstanding communication skills with a naturally engaging and personable approach.
- You’re actively engaged with the industry, whether through cocktail competitions, events, networking, research or simply a relentless curiosity about what is happening in the world of drinks.
You bring creativity, attention to detail and pride to everything you create, producing consistently high-quality drinks.
- You can remain calm, organised and composed in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- You’re flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
