Marketing & Communications Executive – Six Senses London
As Marketing & Communications Executive, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.
Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
As Marketing & Communications Executive, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Actively contribute to all social media channels for the hotel, Six Senses Place, and Whiteley’s Kitchen, Bar & Café
- Assist in planning, creating and scheduling content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn in line with the Six Senses London tone of voice
- Capture and edit photography and video content for posts, campaigns, events and programming
- Track performance, compile insights reports and present findings to the Marketing Manager
- Support the upkeep of the hotel website, Six Senses Place microsite, and Whiteley’s Kitchen, Bar & Café pages, ensuring information is accurate and current
- Update and monitor external listings and partner platforms (IHG, OTAs, Google Business, OpenTable/Resy, press hubs)
- Upload, edit and check digital assets across platforms for consistency
- Draft, proof and distribute internal communications, including the quarterly host newsletter
- Support the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing & Communications with media hosting, site inspections and press visits
- Assist with the creation of promotional material for events, memberships, sustainability campaigns and hotel activations
Qualifications
To execute the position of Marketing & Communications Executive, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Marketing, Journalism or Communications and more than one year’s experience in a marketing and communications role in travel, hospitality or luxury goods background.
- Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I keep myself updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness.
- Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
