We are looking for an authentic and driven Front Office Nights Team Member (Full‑Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. We’re a little bit classic, a little bit rebellious and always full of character!

Your main duties and responsibilities will be taking care of our guests throughout the night, responding to any queries or requests and making sure any late arrivals are met with a warm welcome. You will also be responsible for ad‑hoc tasks throughout the night such as cleaning or preparing reports to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. This role is varied and you may be completing different tasks depending on the need of the Hotel.

So, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Availability to work 5 nights across the week, shift times 22.45 - 07.15
  • Experience working as a Nights Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a Hotel is beneficial
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service, wanting to go above and beyond for our guests!
  • Confident working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera Cloud specifically is a big plus
  • Willingness to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
