Conference and Events Supervisor (Part-Time)

Hotel: SP - The Manchester Deansgate Hotel (MANDG), 303 Deansgate, M3 4LQ The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is looking for a dynamic Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to join the IHG Hotels and Resorts family.

As a C&B Operations Supervisor, you will: Work 24 hours per week across a variety of shifts, with flexibility required.

Motivate, mentor and lead the events team to achieve high standards.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with other employees and departments to ensure efficient event operations.

Partner with colleagues to promote teamwork and achieve common goals.

Make decisions and provide input on process improvements.

Minimum requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a Senior Waiter / Team Leader role within Banqueting/Meeting and Events.

Experience working in a 5* hotel or property of similar size and complexity.

Previous experience with Delphi and Micros system.
