We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time, 40 hours per week.

To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties while demonstrating the following skills and experience…

  • Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes to ensure consistent standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Taking responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared in line with recipes, specifications and hygiene standards.
  • Assisting with stock control, rotation and minimising waste while maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for producing high-quality food.
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
  • A positive, reliable and team-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.
