Director of Wellness - Six Senses London

Overview

In this role, you lead the wellness strategy for Six Senses London, aligning it with the brand’s pillars of sustainability, emotional hospitality, and extraordinary experiences. You will partner with department heads to elevate Spa and Fitness offerings while keeping pace with industry trends. You drive sustainable wellness initiatives, oversee workshops for hosts and guests, and develop a high-performing wellness team. This is a chance to shape a luxury wellness program at a renowned hotel and contribute to a mission-driven guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement the wellness strategy across the hotel in collaboration with department heads
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve offerings
• Drive rejuvenation of health and wellness experiences and ensure sustainability alignment
• Assess and refresh wellness offerings, spa treatments, classes, and facilities
• Organize workshops and lectures for hosts and guests on health topics
• Maintain cross-department communication for smooth operation
• Lead and develop a team of hosts to uphold Six Senses standards

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Wellness or Hotel Management or closely related field
• At least five years’ experience in luxury spas and wellness within hospitality
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages preferred
• Positive attitude, adaptability, passion for wellness and sustainability
