At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to join the team with an immediate start. You’ll support the day‑to‑day running of the department, inspire and mentor the team, and ensure every guest room and public area is presented to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering training and supporting the IHG Way of Clean programme.
- Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed.
- Collaborating with Front Office, Maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
