Hotel Indigo Gloucester is looking for a Security Team Member to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life! Hotel Indigo Gloucester is set to open in 2026, offering a free-spirited experience for our guests enriched with local culture.
Responsibilities:
- Working behind the scenes and on the front line to ensure our Hotel is a safe and secure environment for our guests and colleagues (carrying out regular patrols, monitoring CCTV, managing access control, and responding to incidents when they arise).
- Ensuring the Hotel remains fully compliant with all Health & Safety and Security regulations (keeping up to date with any changes to legislation).
- Holding a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Security Industry Authority) is essential for this role, as is a strong understanding of safety and emergency procedures.
- You will be a confident communicator and calm under pressure – liaising regularly with guests, colleagues, and emergency services, while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Shifts will include late nights, weekends, and a variety of hours, so flexibility is key!
