Overview
We have a new opportunity for a detail-driven Global Data Analyst – Safety to help us strengthen our frameworks and ensure our data and processes provide real insight that makes a difference.
This role is ideal for an experienced analyst. In this role the most important thing is your ability to work with data, spot trends, and provide insights that support effective decision-making. You’ll bring your existing analytical skills and have the opportunity to specialise in a global area of growing importance.

What you’ll do
Operate and maintain our safety and security content framework, ensuring procedures, templates, training, and assessment tools are accurate, consistent, and regularly reviewed.
Support analysis and reporting, identifying emerging themes and assessing the effectiveness of our initiatives.
Administer the Risk Champions Network, building strong relationships across our managed hotels and enabling rapid global communication of safety and security updates.
Support the management of suppliers providing consultancy and audit services.
Contribute to our Incident Management programme, monitoring incident reporting, conducting quality reviews, and identifying external events that provide learning opportunities.
Monitor and manage data in our Global Evaluation Manager (GEM) system, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.

Strong analytical skills, confident working with large data sets to draw out meaningful insights.
A process-driven mindset with the ability to bring order and consistency to recurring work.
