IHG Hotels & Resorts are seeking a passionate and driven Global Account Director, Meetings & Incentives to join our global sales team in the United Kingdom. What You’ll Do:
As our Global Account Director, you’ll manage a high-value portfolio of Meeting & Incentive customers, focusing on top-tier agencies. Your mission? To increase revenue and market share by nurturing relationships with IHG’s largest global strategic partners and exploring new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in driving cross-regional revenue, especially for our Luxury & Lifestyle brands.
You’ll engage with key accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and collaborate with global and regional sales teams to maximize exposure and revenue for our hotels while delivering excellent customer service.
Who You Are:
You’re a relationship builder, strategic thinker, and passionate advocate for luxury hospitality. With at least 3 years of global sales experience in a multinational service-branded environment, you have established connections in the UK MICE market and a proven track record of results.
Your skills include cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and excellent influencing and networking abilities. You communicate clearly and confidently and are prepared to lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
