As the Spa Operations Manager, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day operation of the spa, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests while maintaining high standards across the team and facilities.
  • You’ll lead and support a team of Receptionists, Spa Attendants and Night Cleaners, overseeing recruitment, training, performance and development.
  • You’ll also manage the spa diary through Trybe, working closely with third‑party partners including Spa Breaks, SpaSeekers and itison to maximise bookings and deliver a seamless guest journey.
  • A key part of the role will be overseeing pool plant operations and pool testing, ensuring all checks, records and compliance requirements are consistently maintained.

This is a hands‑on operational role for someone who is organised, commercially aware and passionate about delivering an outstanding spa experience.

What You’ll Bring:
