As a Front Office Supervisor (Full-Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties…
Leading the team and managing daily operations – you’ll oversee check-in and check-out, ensuring every guest receives a warm and authentic Manchester welcome. Experience in a hotel front office role (with Opera or similar PMS knowledge) is essential.
Covering duty manager shifts – fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures, you’ll take responsibility when required to ensure the smooth and safe running of the hotel.
Coaching and supporting the team – you’ll guide, train and motivate the front office team to deliver service that goes above and beyond. Previous supervisory or team leader experience is ideal.
Handling guest requests and challenges – you’ll take ownership of escalated issues, using your problem-solving skills and confidence to turn challenges into positive experiences and memorable stays.
Engaging with our guests – you’ll create authentic, personal connections, sharing local knowledge and adapting your approach to different guest needs. Strong communication and people skills are key.
